Helping Individuals and Couples
Live Happier Lives

Since graduating from Washington University in St. Louis in 2008, I have worked in various capacities with adults, college students, high school students, and ex-offenders. Over the years, I’ve guided countless individuals and couples toward living healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives.

A "Recovering Perfectionist"

From both professional and personal experience, I know a thing or two about high standards. I am quite familiar with that constant inner voice of analysis and criticism. I know what it is like to automatically and incessantly judge EVERYTHING and to always demand the BEST!

These days, I call myself a "recovering perfectionist."

The high standards, the hard work, the mind that's always going...they're all great gifts! And...like most things in life, too much of a good thing is a bad thing.

We overdo it.

Our greatest gifts become our downfall.

Somewhere along the way, those patterns begin to get in the way of joy, love, and healthy relationships.

Those instinctive responses will always be a part of me, but I have learned to recognize when self-criticism, self-doubt, and worry are hurting my relationships with others and with myself, leading me away from joy and away from love.

And now, I help clients break free from their negative, anxious thoughts.
